Organizational Priorities
Enroll and actively serve a minimum of 100 youth and young adults across all five program areas in the first year of full operations.
Complete Phase 1 renovation of the historic 1899 property and open it as a fully operational community resource center.
Secure diversified funding through grants, donations, and partnerships to sustain operations and grow programs year over year.
Implement a data-driven outcomes tracking system and publish an annual impact report to demonstrate accountability to the community.
Become a recognized and trusted community anchor in the 63107 zip code and the broader St. Louis region within 2 years.
Scale programs and staffing to serve 250 or more youth annually by the end of Year 3, with expanded program offerings and community reach.
